Government funding is not intended to cover the costs of meals, other consumables, additional hours or additional services. Parents should expect to pay for these services when offered by their chosen provider. Where a parent is unwilling to purchase these additional service, it is reasonable to expect your chosen nursery to ask you to provide your own equivalent items.
